Kitchen & Bath Sales Expert

We are currently looking for an extremely outgoing and driven Sales Expert to help us better serve our Kitchen & Bath customers. A background in working with interiors is a plus, but willing to train a sales superstar if needed. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a very fast paced environment and be willing to learn our design and accounting software. This is a full-time position, Saturday availability is a must.

Flooring Sales and Design Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Allied Flooring and Paint is a growing company that currently operates 3 flooring locations and a Kitchen/Bath Cabinet and Countertops design center. We are looking to add to our team in our East Longmeadow flooring showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience for our customers and consulting them on the best choices of flooring products for their application. The position will focus primarily on residential retail customers but could also involve contractors, builders, remodelers and light commercial projects as well.

**The competitive compensation package is made up of a base pay and and un-capped commission structure.

Duties:

Consult with our customers to make the process as easy as possible and the end result something that they love. The position would be responsible for the sales process from start to finish; presenting products to customers, scheduling measures/inspections with our measure techs, writing up the sales quotes, presenting quotes to customers, scheduling the installation of the products and following up with our customers to ensure they love it. There are several internal support positions that will also assist in some of this process.

Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by keeping the showroom clean and organizing displays

Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email

Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell items

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

Sales and customer service experience is a plus. Industry product and process knowledge is a plus but our team and manufacturing/distribution partners are ready to train the right person with the knowledge to understand the best flooring solutions for our customers.

Required Skills:

Strong basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to sell products effectively
Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Familiarity with retail math calculations
Exceptional customer service skills
Understanding of phone etiquette in a professional setting

Warehouse/Delivery

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, as well as, transporting goods and materials between warehouse facilities and designated locations.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks, vans, and possibly tractor-trailers
- Load and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Transport items to and from designated locations in a timely manner
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Upkeep of building and surrounding areas
- Assist with warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, picking orders, and packing shipments

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or driving role preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and drive manual transmission vehicles
- Experience as a courier or delivery driver is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
This position requires the following skills:

We are looking for experienced contractors who want to work with a growing organization. We are looking for installers for that are able to perform all types of flooring including sheet vinyl, LVT, carpet, tile, and hardwood.

Preference to installers who have the ability to work in multiple segments – residential, commercial and multi-family.

MUST be experienced, insured, professional, and have your own tools, van and transportation.
